I ordered this item for a Christmas gift for my son. When it was received, three of the little silver knobs on the ends of the flatware were missing. I contacted the seller, and they replaced those items right away!! I was really impressed! I thought I would probably have to return the entire order but no - they just shipped the individual items needed to correct. And my son and his wife JUST LOVED the flatware. Thank you very much.
