The best and only that's consistently worked November 6, 2007
I think I've tried them all by now... Natrol's Menopause Formula, EstraSoy, and various versions of black cohosh with unneeded additional herbs and vitamins mixed in. This one -surprisingly well priced- does the best job at keeping all the discomforts of this time of life at bay. Having taken it earlier on an "as needed" basis, it's clear this works best when taken regularly as directed. Lessened the frequency and intensity of sweats, buggy moods, crawly skin, racing heart, and helped provide more sound sleep.
