I believe giving this product 1 star is 1 star too many. I really wanted this to work I had real high hopes.
1) I tried it about a thousand different ways and it still hurt my back to use it.
2) Did not feel any results.
3) The trainers in this video other then being old they need to lose a couple if you know what I mean. So obviously this product hasn't worked for them.
Buy the "Perfect Abs Dvd" it is a really good dvd.
