 broke it, my fault August 8, 2008
This product helped me a lot with organizing my medications, but I can't speak for the alarm, since I broke it immediately... I don't think this is the fault of the manufacturer but just mine.

I ordered two units, and when i recieved them, they didn't work. One of them had a dead battery, and the other one had no alarm buzz.
I returned the items 2 weeks ago to the manufacturer. And I haven't heard a word from them.
I am really not happy with these items and not satisfied with the service.
I hope this issue would be resolved ASAP.

I like the product a lot. It's cool look and stlye real make for great safe keeping for all your meds. the only negative thing i would say about this pill box is the alarm is not very good. it's not very loud and it is hard to set, but other wise pretty accurate. I recommmed this unit to others, some what.

This item is complete junk. The one I received is completely unprogrammable. It is impossible to set the alarm. It is not even close to water resistant as claimed.
My 4-year old kid can open it easily, which is a problem.
Sure - it's cheap, but it's not worth it.
