If you are trying to carry anything but the smallest pills, this pill container is not for you. I bought this for vitamins and supplements which are quite a bit larger than most prescription drugs, they simply did not fit in several of the days. Because of the shape of the container, some days have larger compartments than others. The overall design is nice since it minimizes the chance of the container opening accidentally and spilling into your purse or suitcase. If you are using for just one or two prescriptions this will probably work for you.

This pill case fits perfect in my purse and stays closed. It fits my 3 pills I take a day perfect.

I really love this pill organizer. The pill containers vary a little in shape, and I can usually get all 14 pills I take into each day's container with a little shaking and rearranging. (One I take is a very large pill. It makes it hard to fit the others in around it!)
The best thing about it is that it slides into an outer case that makes it stay closed in my purse. Other organizers tend to open up with the movement of the purse. This one always stays shut, and I never lose pills in the bottom of my purse anymore. I have worn off some of the logo and it still works.
I just wish it came in a version that was a little bit bigger for those of us with many prescriptions!

This is a great pill case when you have toddlers around you! I am a single mom and my son gets into everything in the blink of an eye especially when we travel but I never have to worry if he grabs this case because its two steps to open. In the past with the normal 7 day cases he could grab it and have it open in 2 seconds without a problem, scaring me and scattering my medication. With this case even if he finds it I can get it from him before he can get it open. The best $5 I have ever spent!
