I was looking for a sophisticated sexy robe, and having a lot of trouble finding one that fit those criteria until I saw this one. I bought the black with gold trim. I was delighted when I received it (quickly, I might add). The fabric is silky, but has some heft, doesn't feel cheap, and the construction is good (I sew, so I know a well-crafted garment). I love slipping into this after a hard days work, or just over lounge wear.
