I have ordered my jacket on 2Dec I received a wrong size and I returned it but still I have not received the correct size jacket or I have not got the money back. This is how they are carrying the customers. I do have RAC- Return Authorization Number but still they are not doing any thing

I purchased the Women's Channel Quilted Puffer Jacket with FAux fur. The only complaint that I have is the coat smelled like it had been sitting in a wet Basement for a long time. I had to let it air out prior to wrapping it up. Other than that my friend loves the coat, it keeps her warm and it really does come down to her knees. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the coat that only cost me $12.95!!! Other than the basement smell, she is happy!!!
 Sizes are all wrong December 29, 2008
This coat is nice, and you cannot beat the price. But, I ordered two of the same coats, same size just different colors. One coat fit just fine, the other was way too small. The tag in both coats show the same size so Im not sure what the problem is with the sizing. I had to give the smaller one away.

What a GREAT buy. I was so pleased with this coat that I ordered two more for gifts. It is lightweight and very warm. It does not bind or restrict movement in any way.

Delivery and packaging were fine. Sizing not so good. I ordered two coats the same size and they fit differently, particularly in the tightness of the sleeves. Coat runs small. Still a good coat for the price.
